I don’t believe there has been any updates since: No delay for the PS4 version has been announced, DotEmu said this on June 30. It has been 16 days and with no real explanation, it has never been available on PSN. Zombies Ate My Neighbors was scheduled to come out on Xbox, Switch, PC and PS4 digitally on Tuesday, June 29.
