Starting with Episode 2 of Monika Before Story Monika would begin joining Zer0 in DDLC mods, cementing her presence on the channelĪround this time, it would become the norm for the DDLC Mods to be accompanied by a standard Let's Play series, starting with the Genocide Route of Undertale. His Let's Play of Super Mario Sunshine would be the first Non-DDLC related video on the channel, introducing the audience to his girlfriend, Monika, and a friend, who goes by Bug. From here, his channel would grow consistently, eventually reaching 1k Subscribers on August 17th, 5k on April 19th, 2019 and then amassing 10k by Mid-February of 2020.Īs his fanbase began to change, so too would his content. His biggest burst of popularity would come with a playthrough of "Exit Music", a highly anticipated DDLC Mod. The AfroZer0 channel would begin in May of 2018 with his first video being a playthrough of a mod, dubbed "New Reality", for the video game Doki Doki Literature Club! He would go on to post more content, most notably the mod "Just Natsuki", and gained himself a new level of popularity after playing through "Summer Hope".
